1. About This Platform

Rajasthan Ayurveda Online Coaching (operated by Rajasthan Education Service, GSTIN: 08BUVPM2456A1ZG) is a private online coaching platform providing video lectures, study material and mock test preparation for Ayurveda students.

This platform is not a university, college, or academic institution. It does not award academic degrees, formal qualifications, or university certificates. Course purchases provide access to private coaching content only.

2. Services Provided

We provide the following digital services:

• Pre-recorded video coaching lectures
• Digital study notes (PDF)
• Online mock test series and practice questions
• Progress tracking through mobile app

All services are delivered digitally via our Android mobile application. No physical products are shipped.

3. Course Purchases

By purchasing a course, you receive digital access to the coaching content described on the course page. Course access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials with others is not permitted.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST at 18%. The taxable value and GST breakdown are shown in your invoice.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay India Pvt. Ltd. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and mobile wallets. Razorpay's terms and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction.

5. Account Registration

You must register with accurate personal details (name, email, mobile). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at rajasthanayurveda01@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Access and Delivery

Course access is activated after successful payment verification — typically within a few minutes. Access is provided through the Rajasthan Ayurveda Online Coaching Android app.

7. Refund and Cancellation

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: refunds are available if access has not been activated; once digital access is activated the service is considered delivered.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content — video lectures, notes and tests — is the property of Rajasthan Education Service. You may not record, redistribute, share or commercially exploit the content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course in question. We are not responsible for third-party network issues, device compatibility problems or examination outcomes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan.

Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

• Registration data: Name, email address, mobile number
• Payment data: Payment transaction references (processed by Razorpay — we do not store card numbers)
• Usage data: Course progress, test attempts, login timestamps
• Device data: Device type, app version (for technical support)

2. How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your account
• To activate and deliver purchased courses
• To send important service communications (payment confirmation, access issues)
• To provide customer support
• To improve our platform

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay India Pvt. Ltd. We receive only payment confirmation references — not your card details. Razorpay's privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties except as required for service delivery (payment gateway) or by law.

5. Data Security

Passwords are stored in encrypted form. API communications use HTTPS. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for legal/tax compliance requirements (minimum 7 years for GST records).

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting rajasthanayurveda01@gmail.com. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days subject to legal retention requirements.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Service Nature

All products sold on this platform are digital coaching services (video lectures, study notes, mock tests). Delivery occurs digitally through the mobile app.

2. Cancellation Before Access Activation

If you wish to cancel a purchase and digital course access has not yet been activated, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment. Contact us at rajasthanayurveda01@gmail.com or +91 73405 98746 with your payment reference.

3. After Course Access is Activated

Once digital course access has been activated in your account, the service is considered delivered. Refunds are not available after activation as the digital content is accessible.

4. Failed Payments — Money Deducted

If your payment was debited but course access was not activated, contact us immediately with your Razorpay payment ID. We will verify with Razorpay and either activate your access or initiate a full refund within 5–7 business days.

5. Duplicate Payments

If you were charged more than once for the same course, contact us immediately. Duplicate payments will be fully refunded within 5–7 business days.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience persistent technical issues preventing access to purchased content, contact support. We will resolve the issue or, if resolution is not possible, offer a refund.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing time may add 2–3 additional days.

Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

Rajasthan Ayurveda Online Coaching provides digital educational services only. No physical products are shipped. There are no shipping charges.

2. How Access is Delivered

After successful payment verification, your purchased course is activated in your account. You access it through the Rajasthan Ayurveda Online Coaching Android app:

• Download the app on your Android device
• Log in with the email and password used during registration
• Go to "My Courses" to view your purchased content
• Stream video lectures or download for offline viewing

3. Delivery Timeframe

Course access is typically activated within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In some cases (bank/gateway processing delays), activation may take up to 2 hours.

If access is not available after 2 hours, contact support immediately.

4. Requirements

• Android smartphone or tablet
• Internet connection for streaming (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
• Registered account with the email used at purchase

5. Access Issues After Payment
